The library of the University of Economics has seven reading rooms and two lending units; it has its own stock of books, according to the subjects in the curricula, for undergraduate and postgraduate studies. The Victor Slavescu Reading Room accommodates 84 people and has collections in domains such as informatics, philosophy, psychology, religion, social sciences and linguistics; The Paul Bran Reading Room accommodates 80 people and has collections in domains such as exact sciences - mathematics, statistics, technology, accounting, general management, finances of the enterprise, management, marketing, sports and tourism, urbanism, literature, history, geography; The Virgil Madgearu Reading Room accommodates 48 people and has a collection of doctoral dissertations, as well as old, valuable books; The Ion Raducanu Room for Periodicals accommodates 48 people and has a collection of Romanian and foreign economic newspapers and journals; The Mihail Moxa Reading Room accommodates 60 people and has a collection of publications in all domains, ordered according to the Dewey classification (approximately 12.000 volumes).
