The library of the University of Economics has seven reading rooms and two lending units; it has its own stock of books, according to the subjects in the curricula, for undergraduate and postgraduate studies. • The Victor Slavescu Reading Room accommodates 84 people and has collections in domains such as informatics, philosophy, psychology, religion, social sciences and linguistics; • The Paul Bran Reading Room accommodates 80 people and has collections in domains such as exact sciences - mathematics, statistics, technology, accounting, general management, finances of the enterprise, management, marketing, sports and tourism, urbanism, literature, history, geography; • The Virgil Madgearu Reading Room accommodates 48 people and has a collection of doctoral dissertations, as well as old, valuable books; • The Ion Raducanu Room for Periodicals accommodates 48 people and has a collection of Romanian and foreign economic newspapers and journals; • The Mihail Moxa Reading Room accommodates 60 people and has a collection of publications in all domains, ordered according to the Dewey classification (approximately 12.000 volumes).
